Learn how to make fresh pasta from an authentic Italian expert.

Romina Montanari grew up in Italy’s culinary capitol, and now she’s offering in-home events
to treat you and your guests to an authentic immersion in the full regional Italian experience.

Each Italy With Romina experience is an event you’ll want to share with others: family, dear friends, a group of co-workers. She’ll arrive with everything needed for a hands-on pasta making class. You’ll learn the essential dough techniques: rolling, cutting, and folding pasta as you and your guests make your own pasta from scratch.
Along the way, you’ll learn about the region’s food and wine, history and culture. Then gather around the table to relax and enjoy your fresh pasta with a homemade sauce, accompanied by a salad and a dessert, all while surrounded by good company.
It’s a lively experience that you and your guests will never forget!

“The pasta class with Romina is a delightful way to spend time with friends
or celebrate a special occasion. With her expertise of pasta, wine and the culture,
we were whisked away to Italy, making pasta and enjoying the delicious results!” - Rachel B.

I just wanted to express how much my friends and I enjoyed the Italy experience you shared with us. It exceeded our expectations. You had it well organized for the start of our party when all 7 of us arrived. You shared such great insights on the region of pasta we were cooking and then made me (as the host) feel I was a guest as well. I would definitely recommend this to anyone interested. THANK YOU! - Amanda B.

Fresh Pasta Parties

The Italian Table: The art of bringing people together.

Italy with Romina fresh pasta parties enhance your community conviviality.

Each Regional Italy with Romina session is a lively hands-on pasta-making class that will help you learn about different aspects of regional Italy, as well as give you all all the tools you’ll need to make fresh pasta at home. What’s more, it will be a fun experience that you and your guests will remember for years to come.

Romina’s pasta events are perfect for an evening dinner party, a fun afternoon activity, or a weekend event.

First, Romina will teach you dough technique: rolling, cutting and folding pasta. She’ll bring all the tools you’ll need, and will share her own experiences making pasta over the years as she demonstrates her technique.

Then it’s your turn: pour out that flour, crack those eggs, and start making your own pasta dough.
Based on the regional pasta theme you’ve chosen, you’ll have an array of tools and ingredients to use. And along the way, Romina will teach you about the region you’ve chosen as your theme: history, culture, and likely some interesting anecdotes.

Once everyone’s pasta is rolled, pressed and cut, it’s time to relax.
You and your guests can put your feet up and congratulate each other on your good work, while Romina handles the final stages of preparation. She’ll make a sauce that complements the particular pasta you’ve chosen.

Finally, the most authentic Italian tradition of all: gathering around the table and enjoying a meal together! And the best part about the delicious pasta you’ll be eating? You made it!
Romina will cook and serve your pasta with her freshly made sauce. You can serve any sides or salads and dessert that you wish. Romina would be happy to offer suggestions.

The hands-on instruction, the fun and laughter, and the delicious shared meal:
Your Italy with Romina fresh pasta event will be a treasured memory for you and your guests.
