Bringing you fresh pasta experiences
in the comfort of your own kitchen.

Learn how to make fresh pasta from an authentic Italian expert.

Romina Montanari grew up in Italy’s culinary capitol, and now she’s offering in-home events
to treat you and your guests to an authentic immersion in the full regional Italian experience.

Each Italy With Romina experience is an event you’ll want to share with others: family, dear friends, a group of co-workers. She’ll arrive with everything needed for a hands-on pasta making class. You’ll learn the essential dough techniques: rolling, cutting, and folding pasta as you and your guests make your own pasta from scratch.
Along the way, you’ll learn about the region’s food and wine, history and culture. Then gather around the table to relax and enjoy your fresh pasta with a homemade sauce, accompanied by a salad and a dessert, all while surrounded by good company.
It’s a lively experience that you and your guests will never forget!

Create an unforgettable experience
for your favorite people.
